    Race-Exclusive Class Cosmetics / Aesthetics

I'm bored at work. Here's my list of race-exclusive Class Cosmetic effects that could be introduced with Glyphs. I'm imagining the scribe to make a "Glyph of Racial {Skill}", that when 'unpacked' (like a blingtron gift) becomes the appropriate soulbound glyph for the class/race combo unpacking it. Class/race comboes without one will get an error and the yet-to-be-unpacked glyph remains as such and BoE. Instead of applying glyphs to seperate abilities, these glyphs could be applied to an entire Specialization at once.

This list includes only CURRENT race/class combinations. I'm eyeballing you cautiously, Pandaren Death Knights and Night-elf paladins of Elune.
I'll keep an eye on this thread if it takes off, so if people add their own ideas (which are both fitting and following the format) I'll edit this post to add them.

If World of Warcraft has taught me anything, it's that teaching a crowd something is far harder than teaching individuals.

All arcane spells are pink. Are you sure you didn't want to go for blue?

Also, blood elf mages could get a glyph for different style of arcane magic. Maybe something phoenix themed.

Really? I always saw them as more purplish. Small difference of course.

Arcane is more pink since Legion. The old ones were more lavender.

On this topic, I think dwarves could get a blue variation due to their titan obsession.

Those are some really cool ideas.

They flirted with this concept when they did glyphs the first time. I think the biggest issue is how much extra preasure it places on the art department, I think.

For my part I would love, LOVE, to have totems similar the High Mountain totem we can use, for every race. The only reason I dont use one at all times is because they are too tauren themed.

They should add those to the xmog tab and make em for all races, not just tauren.

An interesting idea, and I'm all for more glyphs that add some actual distinct flavor instead of a barely noticable difference, but off the top of my head "Glyph of Uther's Might - Applied to: Retribution Specialization - All Effects using the Ashbringer and other swords, instead use a large, two-handed mace" we already have that mace as a transmog, it's sold in the paladin order hall.

I like these. Would also imagine paladin wings gets a lot more phoenix-y than they are now. Remember seeing someone drew a lot of variants some time back.

    I found it:
