    It's presumably not permanent (like tail/ear docking/cropping), and if the chemicals don't hurt the dogs, I'm not seeing the big deal.

    While it was peta who made the initial complaint (fuck peta they kill animals)
    Most chemicals used for human hair dyeing art suited for animals due to their toxicity and Considering how the Chinese treats their own fellow citizens, I’m kinda doubtful this cafe would go out of their way to pick out safe dyes for animals.
