Then why can a M+10 scrub get mythic raiding gear?

Blizzard designed the m+ system to be an alternative gearing path to raiding (which is implemented poorly in my opinion) while treating pvp as its own thing. PvP system hasnt had any major overhauls to its gearing system with ranks.
PvP still has limited time available gear for the higher ranks. PvE remains accessible indefinitely (there have been a few exceptions).

huh.. that's weird. I could have sworn that M+10 chests give you equivalent to mythic raid gear.. When BoD was current the end of the week chest gave 415 ilv gear.

Then you haven't been playing the game because M+ and raiding give completely different loots with different stats and azerite traits. Also, max you can get from M+ is 440 from weekly chest unless you super lucky with TF while M raiders get 445+

Yes please. If they don't know how to do it, see WoD system, efficient and simple! Go go go! One of my friends said he is looking forward to the Shadowlands, but has a little motto: " No pvp vendors, no buy"
