Batman is a billionaire (which is bad) but then he uses his money to piss off cops which makes him sort of an antihero I guess

Farscape is probably the best example of this that I can think of, though it doesn't deal with villains becoming good so much as the situation changing so that their goals are aligned with those of the protagonists.

    Darth Vader?

Few I'm not seeing mentioned here yet...

    Loki in the Thor/Avenger movies
    Wanda Maximoff
    Riddick

    The Terminator
    The Predator

The last two comes with a caveat that they changed between movies to be more helpful and didn't necessarily go through some sort of character development.

Loki's redemption arc as kid/teen Loki in the comics was pretty good.

Steven Universe, lol. All villains becomes friends with the main character after he cries.

Wow, you 100% understood exactly what Batman is all about. You should write a book.

Emma Frost from the X-Men comics, she still makes me hate her, and she is still a giant bitch, a great example of just because you changed sides doesn't mean you need an attitude transplant :P

Game of Thrones has a few really good characters like this. Just pretend season 8 doesn't exist and that everyone dies randomly. That would've been a better ending for all of the different story lines.
