I like the fluffy kind, with a mixture of fruits and berries thrown in akin to an omelette.

I eat banana pancakes every morning, just eggs, banana and oaths. Pretty healthy and keeps you full.

Blueberry pancakes. My wife makes our own blueberry syrup with blueberries in it. With bacon as a side.

When I ate pancakes I would add very small pieces of cold butter that would create these lovely holes that go almost to the bottom. The batter was always never too thick and you ended up with a crispy pancake with lots of holes which is how I like them.

I also used ghee in the pan to cook them and on them before maple syrup so... that alone is enough flavor. Rich buttery, nutty, with a smell like caramel.

    I guess that is "plain"

Thin ones, like a crepe. Too thick and it's just an ordeal.

Tried some paleo banana pancakes once (literally just beaten eggs with mashed banana's in it), those were nice.

Best pancakes I've ever had were blueberry pancakes at Spiral Diner in Dallas, TX. Definitely not healthy, but so good.

Bacon pancakes of course, and I totally don't sing this song while I make them. Definitely not. That would be silly.

The only good kind of pancakes are crêpes. With maple syrup. Lots of maple syrup.

Some of the stuff look a lot like desserts...
I'll take waffles and a couple of pats of butter and honey.

I prefer crepes, filled with cottage cheese, apricot jam or chestnut paste.

Meh, I feel the poll is tasteless for the truth that is any sort of normal pancake to be the answer, the topping is down to the individual.
