Depends on what you want. Ganking? Nelf, for running away. Structured pvp? Human for the extra trinket.

stun is major problem for all clothers. So human race is one of the best choices for them.

Void elf for arena. That teleport if awesome if you are a healer, and no pushback on casts is great for both specs.
(That is if you don't mind playing this asspull garbage race)

Void elves are great for the juke racial and no pushback mechanic during cast.
The asspull garbage aspect of the race just makes it funnier. Imagine losing to that. Ouch.The Void. A force of infinite hunger. Void Elves are undefeated for priests. The immunity to casting pushback is really nice, especially as a priest when you'll be trained by melee 99% of the time. Their teleport can have some niche uses for a class with next to zero mobility. Plus they get random procs of a 5% boost to healing and dps in combat.
Humans I'd say are second. Although it's super nerfed now EMFH is still nice to get out of stuns. For every other race, the racials aren't that much of a game changer.change can't wait.

Human is absolute BIS for pvp. Human relentless is currently the best racial combo in the game for competitive Pvp. Night elf is decent if you're good at melding CCs but human is safer. Dwarf as a 3rd choice maybe, anyway there is no competition between human and the rest, please don't make a void elf for competitive pvp lol
