So here is the story detail of shadowlands and its patches
Spoilers : NATHANOS WILL DIE TO SAVE SYLVANAS!
-Sylvanas will Imprison Bolvar
-She will free the Jailer and there will be an ingame cinematic showing this
-We will Free Bolvar from Sylvanas
-In patch 9.1 there will be a raid in the maw where we defeat the jailor , in 9.0 we will retreat ,like broken shore , Worth noting this raid Bolvar will be a boss in it , Since he will Test us
-Sylvanas will fled from the raid
-Sylvanas will betray Queen Azshara
-Queen Azshara and Tyrande will cross paths , while trying to get vengeance against sylvanas
-Odyn and Bolvar will be present and they will lead us against sylvanas
Patch 9.2 :
-Sylvanas will unleash the Army of the dead to take over
-We will eventually overcome them
-A new Undead-Themed raid with Sylvanas as its end boss
-In the end We will Kill sylvanas and Imprison her Soul in the Raid , She will still be available as a spirit/ghost

At the end of the expansion, we must decide if we want to destroy, control, or synthesize with the Scourge. The following cutscene is largely the same, but the energy beam that carries out your decision changes color. Your character is only implied to survive in the "Destroy" ending, but only if you've done every quest and collected every treasure in the Shadowlands.

One big giveaway for why your leak is fake: Sylvanas can’t die as long as she has a Val’kyr still alive. The way we end up killing her will be from killing the last one. Hence why she’s still alive in the first place. That was the deal when she died the first time.
I actually suspect she hid one of her Val’kyr underground beneath Undercity and that’s why she plagued the whole thing. Now we can’t just walk into it. She has her lifeline hidden and protected now. It’s worth noting that while we, as players, know she has her lifeline attached to her Val’kyr, our characters and the Alliance/Horde leadership is not aware of that deal.
