    For only a little over that you can get a PC with a decent enough processor and a GtX 1060. Not amazing, but workable.

    A $400 PC could easily handle wow, and I don't even have to stress about what kind of config it comes with to make that statement with confidence lol

    16 to 26gb per hour is nothing. My connection easily supports that. My connection can handle 300GB an hour. What you think is extreme is only 160mbit per second. That's only using half your bandwidth at 160mbit. It's not DOA for the majority of the western world.

    Streaming games is a bad idea atm, it just is. But so was streaming movies a few years ago. I remember when someone had uploaded The Phantom Menace trailer on the internet back in the late 90s. It took a few hours to load... Now we have smooth 4k streaming. So lets wait a few more years to see what happens
