I've seen iron chef episodes where they've done things like wasabi icecream and salmon icecream.... just doesn't strike me as good.

As someone who doesn't like sweets (of any kind), mint chocolate is the only flavor I can tolerate.

I've had black ice-cream before without knowing what to expect. Turns out the blackness is due to it being coconut flavoured and the colour is when they burn up the coconut shell and mix it's ashes into it.
Was pretty good.

There was a place in Missouri making ice cream out of Cicada bugs. I can't imagine that would taste good.
