Ineffible truth seems good for healers/anyone.

Void ritual as well seems to be set for healers.

Also Infinite Star is indeterminable, it might be allowable for healers, maybe not. It's hard to say from the description as it just says "abilities" and not attacks.

So yeah, I'd say that while they all might do double-duty they could be fun for a healer. Just didn't do anything with either smart heals or like the Azshara staff. (I think a lot of groups will save an azshara lockout just for staffs.)
