Patch 8.3 adds quite a few new mounts!

Dungeons and Raids

• Awakened Mindborer - Reward from earning the Battle for Azeroth Keystone Master: Season Four achievement, which has you complete a 15 or higher keystone for every BfA dungeon within the time limit in Season 4.
• Ny'alotha Allseer - Drop from Mythic N'Zoth the Corruptor.
• Uncorrupted Voidwing - Reward from Lost Flight, a quest granted by defeating N'Zoth on Heroic difficulty or above.
• Wriggling Parasite - Reward from earning the Glory of the Ny'alotha Raider meta achievement.

Horrific Visions

• Black Serpent of N'Zoth - Reward from earning the Through the Depths of Visions Horrific Visions meta achievement.
• Mail Muncher - Drop in Horrific Visions

Rare Spawns

• Clutch of Ha-Li - Drop from Ha-Li during Mogu Assaults in Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
• Reins of the Drake of the Four Winds - Drop from Ishak of the Four Winds in Uldum.
• Malevolent Drone - Drop from Corpse Eater in Uldum during Aqir Assaults.
• Ren's Stalwart Hound - Drop from Houndlord Ren in Vale of Eternal Blossoms during Mogu Assaults.
• Waste Marauder - Drop from Rotfeaster in Uldum during Amathet Assaults.
• Xinlao - Drop from Anh-De the Loyal during Mogu Assaults in Vale of Eternal Blossom.

Allied Race Mounts

• Caravan Hyena - Horde reward for unlocking Vulpera as an Allied Race.
• Mechagon Mechanostrider - Alliance reward for unlocking Mechagnomes as an Allied Race.

Alpaca Mounts

• Reins of the Elusive Quickhoof - Vol'dun. Obtained by finding an Elusive Quickhoof and feeding it Seaside Leafy Greens Mix. This rare NPC stays up for about 10 minutes and multiple people can feed it to receive the mount.
• Slightly Damp Pile of Fur - Drop from Dunegorger Kraulok.
• Reins of the Springfur Alpaca - Uldum. Reward from Alpaca It In. You receive this quest after completing the daily quest Alpaca It Up seven times. (Note: To pick up the "Alpaca It Up" daily quest you have to find a Friendly Alpaca in Uldum. There are multiple spawn points for the Friendly Alpaca).

Cloud Serpents

• Ivory Cloud Serpent - Drops from using the rare drop Zan-Tien Lasso on the rare mob Ivory Cloud Serpent in Vale of Eternal Blossoms during Mogu Assaults.
• Rajani Warserpent - Requires Pristine Cloud Serpent Scale.

Reputation and Vendors

• Sandy Nightsaber - 350 7th Legion Service Medal / Honorbound Service Medal from Provisioner Stoutforge or Provisioner Mukra. Must complete a Heroic Darkshore Warfront first.
• Wastewander Skyterror - Uldum Accord Exalted. Purchased for 24000 gold from Provisioner Qorra.
• Wicked Swarmer - Purchased from Wrathion for 100000 Corrupted Memento.

Quest

• Shadowbarb Drone - Reward from Ready to Fly, the final quest in a chain started by doing dailies after finding a Voidtouched Egg during Aqir Assaults similar to raising Kua'fon.

PvP

• Corrupted Gladiator's Proto-Drake - Season 4 Gladiator Mount Reward.
• Vicious White Bonesteed - Season 4 Horde Rated PvP Reward.
• Vicious White Warsaber - Season 4 Alliance Rated PvP Reward.

I want that Uncorrupted Void Wing for my Mag'har Shadow Priest.

The Drone mounts are pretty sweet. The Corrupted Proto Drake makes me want to take up PvP in a major way. Too bad I’m not good enough at PvP for it.

What's revolting is the amount of mounts and pets/cosmetics being added each patch. (compared to WotLK, when WoW was at it's peak with 12M, I think we got 6 mounts total?)

It's really sad seeing wow devolving into a collection simulator, but I guess you gotta hold on to what's left of the population :/
