The presents I got for Christmas mean nothing to me. My wife is currently at home with my two sons, one of whom is autistic, and yet there's no financial support written into law to give other families and my own a safety net. We can't forget the modern problems in the world just because of Christmas, which is why I propose that if we took a slice of every Amazon sale, digital purchase and introduced a Value added Tax we could give every American citizen $1,000 a month - and that is the Christmas present I want. For every family and civilian of the United States to feel welcome, safe and comfortable in a country that believes in them.

Choclate I guess. But that barely counts, as that is something you bring home whenever you want anyway. We have a no-gifting policy inside the family outside of underage kids and I couldn't wish for anything better tbh.
