He's probably looking to pay to get carried for a couple months until he parses orange. Once he can do that, he will leverage his "skill" to recruit people who also parse orange and together they will start selling carries. Eventually he will recoup his initial investment and start making money.

I mean hes not dumb. He just has no scruples and should get banned.
