LF New guild / server

The guild I've been in since MoP died when BFA released, and I've spent what time I have played basically solo and just farming rep. With 8.3 and Allied Race DK's coming today I've been planning on picking up my bags and finding a new home. Does anybody have any suggestions as to a server/faction that has a good population but is also not incredibly toxic?

I'm not stuck to any one faction, I have a race picked out for wherever I land, I just want to be in an active, friendly guild. I don't plan on raiding consistently, so I could be friends/family rank if that applies.

A little about us, we transferred from Feathermoon and are building a new team. The focus will be AOTC with some mythic progression if the team wants it. We run keystone multiple times per week, we timed 15’s during 8.2 and the goal 8.3 will be all 15’s.
