False advertising? Can't make Mechagnome look like promo pictures

As the title says, I tried all customisation options and can't seem to find the one that would allow a Mechagnome have that fully mechanical (and awesome) gear-head...

What's the deal?

Am I missing something and it's just some helmet I'm not aware of?
