I doubt we're getting any more in BFA. Right now it looks like everything's all-hands-on-deck for 8.3 bug fixing and 9.0 prepatch/launch content. We might start seeing more crop up in 9.1, maybe, depending on if it ends up yet another promising system Blizzard just abandons wholesale because 'seasonal content.'

It's harder to tell from the Horde embassy since the banners form a semi circle, but with the Alliance embassy, they form a trapezoid so there's enough room for 1 more.
