people are braindead, go warcraft logs and search every class, see number of casts per each skill. some will be surprised perhaps at the simplicity of most classes in wow currently. most classes are 3 buttons+ 2-3 possible small cooldowns and 1-2 big damage wise, plus a trinket and some expansion crap.
it's bland and boring, might as well enjoy it.

It's the old frost mage mentality. DHs were rather weak in the high end but because they do things that hinder unskilled players a lot they are seen as OP because the skill floor on them is low.

I would look into rerolling myself then ride doesn't get much better in sl.

Demon Blades makes it to where you aren't just yet another class that has to hit a Builder then use a Spender. We already have how many of those? Rogues, Feral Druids, WW Monks.. Probably more I'm not thinking of. Having so many classes do the exact same thing isn't all that fun.
