Yes. WHO says only about 2/3s of cases developed a cough.

As of 20 February 2020 and based on 55924 laboratory confirmed cases, typical signs and symptoms include: fever (87.9%), dry cough (67.7%), fatigue (38.1%), sputum production (33.4%), shortness of breath (18.6%), sore throat (13.9%), headache (13.6%), myalgia or arthralgia (14.8%), chills (11.4%), nausea or vomiting (5.0%), nasal congestion (4.8%), diarrhea (3.7%), and hemoptysis (0.9%), and conjunctival congestion (0.8%).

There was s ome concern about those who have recovered getting a relapse...but it seems Scientists agree reinfection is an unlikely explanation for patients who test positive a second time, according to the Los Angeles Times, and note the possibility that testing errors, and releasing patients from hospitals too prematurely, are more likely the reason for reports of patients who retest positive.

“If you get an infection, your immune system is revved up against that virus,” Keiji Fukuda, director of Hong Kong University’s School of Public Health, told the Los Angeles Times. “To get reinfected again when you’re in that situation would be quite unusual unless your immune system was not functioning right.”

Fukuda told the paper that it’s more likely patients are being released from hospitals while carrying dormant fragments of the disease that are not infectious, but resemble the virus when tested.

“The test may be positive, but the infection is not there,” he said.

In a hearing before the House Oversight and Reform Committee on Thursday, Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, was asked if people who have contracted the virus might now be immune.

“We haven’t formally proved it, but it is strongly likely that that’s the case,” Fauci said. “Because if this acts like any other virus, once you recover, you won’t get reinfected.”

So I'm currently stuck home, with a dry cough, mild headache, some muscle/joint pain, and a slight fever. All that about a week after the first reported corvid-19 case in my city.
I'm not sneezing and I don't have a runny nose. Or shortness of breath.
I never get headaches, muscle/joint pains very rarely. Besides, I feel weird. I've had flu before, but not like this. I've been way sicker before, this is nothing compared to it, but I know my body and this just feels different.

Sneezing isn't part of the virus symptoms though. So if you're sneezing you're safe.

(I had the same paranoia a few days ago so had to look into it).

Thank the fucking Gods, I'm early month and a half of pregnancy; another kid, keeping myself and the man and the kid on lockdown until this blows over and assume I don't burst from anxiety.

Unfortunately, you likely have it given your confluence of symptoms. The only thing you are missing is shortness of breath but that usually comes later on as the illness develops.

Self-isolate and contact a local medical establishment. Do NOT go to a hospital or doctor unless told to do so.

It won't be over in 3 weeks. Given the spread rate that will likely be near the peak of the epidemic. If I were you I'd send out the husband to go on a grocery shopping spree and buy a months worth of food. Preferably do it early morning when no-one else will be out and about to minimize contact with others.
