You will need two people, Brian MUST use the mouse for movement/looking and John MUST use the keyboard for casting, attacking, healing etc.
Briand and John share the same goal, same intentions - but they can't talk to each other, however they can react to each other's in game activities.
Now see how far Brian and John get in WoW.

One thing I'll mention. Asian cultures already had mask wearing socially installed in their societies long before covid. So while they may not be physically more resilient to the disease, as societies, they are far more resilient than our's, which literally has people who think it is their god given right to spray droplets on whoever they want. He will make it just fine.
He has access to top notch medical team that will dance around him 24/7 if needed. People who die of COVID usually either have preconditions or not sufficient medical assistance in the overwhelmed hospitals. Old age is for certain a big risk, but unlike some Bob and Jane from NY thrown on some bed in hospital waiting for their turn, he will have everything and more.
