Is there a table with AP values for each neck level?

As per title. I was planning to resub for a month or two to finish the campaign and raid casually with friends, but when I quit my neck was level 51. What are the AP requirements to level it up?

It changes per week so you won't find a table. Until it gets down to 1k AP (I believe), it continues to be less and less each week. In any case, if you play a little bit and you do anything that rewards AP you will catch up quite quickly.
