So blizzard has constantly stated that they want feedback on the new corruption system. Where is that we're supposed to post this feedback so it actually gets exposure? The forums?twitter?

Printing it out and setting it on fire will probably be as effective as anything else.

The WoW official forums would probably be the most direct way. There's currently a CM-led thread on Corruption effects here.

Forums and on the Twitter account that the developers run. I think they pay some attention to Facebook as well. They might still read MMO-C but there's no real evidence of it any longer.
FWIW I haven't seen the developer account on Twitter active in a while but I follow a lot of people so I miss stuff.
