Honestly, Zombies exist in Star Wars and so does similar Magic to Sylvanas' new powers ... in a one vs one fight, it is likely going to be Vader.

Honestly, Sylvanas has nothing that could block a lightsaber because I don't know if she has any weapons that are similar to cortosis *which is back to canon thanks to the new Thrawn series*. So, if she doesn't realize the danger of the saber, she is cut in half.
