Cataclysm Classic: Leveling in a Shattered Landscape
Do you consider the Horde to be "the bad guys" or is it more complex?

I’ve been trying to figure out the best classes from a lore perspective of the two new allied races. The Vulpera seem like obvious rogues. However, not playing Horde all the way through yet, I don’t know much about the other available classes.
Mechagnomes are a loss on me though. At first I figured Beastmaster Hunters. They like mechanical stuff, and I’d imagine their starting pet would be mechanical. Even the Legion weapon, Titanstrike, is a gun, so they really fit. However, there aren’t any mechanical exotic pets, so they don’t fit with one of the main features of that spec. Any thoughts on that or other classes?

Hunter/Rogue/Shaman for Vulpera.

Mecha-Gnome Warrior with lightsabers or the Mechagon / Trial of the Crusader Gnome transmog is funky-fresh too.Looking marvelous in velvet.

This. Mage doesnt seem obvious for Mechagnomes at first sight, but once I saw a steampunk/chronomancer transmog somewhere on reddit, the idea was sold on me. Originally Posted by Nagawithlegs

Vulpera Shaman since they live in a desert and shamans use sand magic. Mechagnome hunter since they have have mechanical pets.

I can't find any fitting class for Mechagnome. I'd say warrior as they'd hit stuff with their mechanical weapons, I guessThis world don't give us nothing. It be our lot to suffer... and our duty to fight back.

I love my little Mechagnome Mage. The aesthics with the armor set with the cogs on it (can't remember tier) looks great.
We live in an era of "me versus them", an era where something is done that you don't like means you are personally attacked. People whine too much.

Vulpera would be Rogue or Monk.
Mechagnome surely Hunter. Mechanical Pets are fitting really well.
