What do you think or hope for when it comes to hubs in SL? Personally I'm okay with anything that isn't Dalaran.
I'd like to see a neutral city where all the covenants congregate to trade/sell Anima.

How about dalaran but every 2 weeks they gate content the release of sections..like release = you are limited to your faction hub, after 2 weeks = you can visit the trade area, 4 weeks the banks, 6 weeks the sewer entrance etc...

Most likely a city within Shadowlands. With the theme so heavily emphasizing us going to Shadowlands, world of the dead, I don't see Dalaran playing a role, or even us being able to freely teleport between Stormwind/Orgrimmar--wait... I just realized we have to be able to get back to our capital cities from Shadowlands at our leisure, how the hell are they going to explain that within the story?
