So I made a post last night about how I have played the game for nearly 2000 days played now, and with the help of my Brother and my MMO friends we came to the conclusion I should quit the game and go cold turkey. So last night I unsubbed...
But yet I played again today.. for 3 hours.. Man I dunno why I do it to myself. Anyone out there also got a problem with the game? I just can't stop thinking about it, and when I start I just can't stop.. Man it sucks.

If you yourself concluded that the game is doing harm to you and you still can't leave it. You should seek help, you seem to be dealing with an addiction and dealing with those without professional help is not an easy endeavor. It will take lots of time and patience. Good luck on you journey

If you went back it means there is still something you like about the game , I feel repulsed by BFA after 10 minutes being logged in (somehow it makes me sick thinking all the years wasted on a game to become a shitshow like it is , so after a bit of wandering around I start to feel anxiety rising ) . Last achievement I had was unlocking flying after hating every day of rep grinding , didn't log back once after that . Hey, brother. I went through the same thing. I have now been video game free since April of 2019. I still come onto MMO champ to chat with people just like you. For me bro I was addicted to WoW, Porn, weed, and alcohol. It was as if I couldn't have one without all the others and it was a horrific mess of depression, anxiety, self loathing, and an inability to actually to see life the way a human of sound mind should. The only thing that has helped me and the only thing that will help anyone out of the darkest moments of their life is through surrendering our deepest problems to Jesus Christ. Ever since I let God take control of my life and allow myself to be humbled by him I have seen miraculous change in my mindset in all things pertaining to life as a whole.
