Easier and faster to do, plus it feels more intimate and direct to the audience to have a video
as opposed to reading a text file.

Not everyone is succinct and to the point. Videos are the closest long distance 'connection' we have to other people.

Newer generations don't read.
Remind yourself that everytime someone asks where something is in WoW when there's a quest journal."It's 2013 and I still view the internet on a 560x192 resolution monitor!"
