Blizzard Raid Frame -- Raid Icons

I'm looking for an add on that will mark people in the raid frames. You all know that when something happens and people run out, often they have a mark over their head. Oddly enough, the Blizz frames just dont show it. So...here I am, asking the experts for an addon that will do it for me.

Sadly the addon that the post is talking about doesnt seem to exist anymore

That would be actually a very nice quality of life feature if Blizzard added that to the default raid frames

That's elvui's frames, it still exists. Tukui.org is where you can find it, but it's a whole ui change not just a unit frame change. Still it's great and I've been using it for a long while.

Edit: after looking at it for a little longer, it's not elvui, but elvui does do the thing you want lol.
