Shaw x anyone really, I think he's a really cute character in that he seems awkward as fuck in matters not relating to war.
As far as canon couples def Malf/Tyrande and Tura/Alleria, I like that in both couples both parties are shown to be strong stand-alone characters.Honorary member of the Baine Fanclub, the only member really.

I really liked how deathwing and sinestra both try to outsmart each other , however I would rather vote Sinestra as best mother in warcraft then best couple. As she only became his main wife because she was the only one surviving him if iam not wrong

I think one of the most tragic possible love stories of what of Ra'den and MOTHER. He clearly was interested in getting to know her more, maybe find some deeper companionship, and then blizzard corrupted and killed him off.
