[H] Sedition - Draenor, Mythic Raiding guild LF DPS for NWC

We are Sedition, founded in the start of Legion, turned Mythic guild late Uldir.
As a guild and team we are focused on maintaining a loyal and fun community capable of clearing content in a reasonable time.
We want to be a guild with continuous progress and have a lot of people on discord partaking in events and banter.
We are doing what we can to avoid becoming a raid-logging guild with small cliques.

Progression

• Uldir : 7/8 M (world 2603)
• BOD : 9/9 M (world 1059)
• TEP : 7/8 M
• NL : 6/12 M

Turning mythic (in the start of Uldir), the guild has in a continuous transition replaced the council, with officers stepping down and new blood stepping in with fresh ideas and energy driving the guild towards continuously increasing progression. Only a few officers from the original council still resides within the guild as casual players, joining in on the banter and events on non-raid days.
TEP was a challenge for us, as it has been for many other guilds - but we are back stronger and more prepared than ever.

Raid days
We do run an extra mandatory Wednesday raid for the first 2 weeks of a new tier, to make sure we get a good start.
You are by default signed up for all raids, and must write in our #afk channel a day ahead if you are unable to attend.

• You are able to maintain 95% attendance (except for sickness, exams, accidents etc.)

A Council not in charge because they started the guild, or because they know one another in real life. The council of this guild is individuals united under a common goal, seeing this guild succeed. Everyone is treated the same, with everyone being evaluated on their weekly performance.

We are equal and respect time
The council and raiders in Sedition are evaluated on an equal level (weekly performance), and we do believe we are capable of making impartial drafting focused on killing bosses faster and gear the right classes for the fights to come.
The goal of the council in Sedition is quite simply to improve the progress of the guild, whilst not loosing our identity of a loyal and respect driven community, and to enforce our lawbook.
