What did BFA do better than other expansions?

To try and get some positivity around here, what would you say are the things that BFA did better than in previous expansions? Whether it be music, lore, gameplay, or anything else. Feel free to list as many things as you like.

It was better at making my wallet fatter by the 1 year I was unsubbed thanks to it also being the best at having a shitty boring launch

It was the best at making me and my guild unsub.

I guess some zones were pretty well designed

It was the best at expanding player customization (by way of adding 6 races - 10 if you count the early access races) and also gave us some of the most detailed armor sets that the game has seen - warfront/heritage armors as a couple of examples.

The zone design and music were also excellent, but the music always is.

And BFA is the expansion that marks the end of TF/WF, one of the most divisive features of WoW in recent years.

    Warfronts are pretty cool.
    Zandalar had a great story.
Rastakhan and Bwonsamdi were especially great throughout.
Mag'har Allied Race recruitment quest-line I really enjoyed.
Goblin Heritage Armor quest-line I also really enjoyed.
Vulpera are a really fun new Allied Race: great addition.
Worgen Model update was 12/10, way better than expected.
Overall armor quality of expansion was very high.
It was cool Echo Isles got a boat to Zandalar.
Portal Rooms are pretty convenient, I like them.
Vol'jin cameo was really nice and cool and great.
Sethrak are cool, made for fun allies and enemies.
Krag'wa is the best and biggest frog. Good loa.
Cool to see more Undead Skeleton variants.
Flynn Fairwind was a fun NPC.
The Motherlode and Temple of Sethraliss were fun dungeons.

Probably adding some battle-zone interactivity to the fight (thinking about ghuun orbs ,jaina ballistas, azshara console) not sure if nzoth has any because I'm not subbed anymore. I like the concept of having people do stuff other than mindless dps in boss fights and they should do it more often.

It was better at driving players away than other expansions

graphically, wow has never looked better

They tried some things that clearly didn't work out gameplay-wise such as islands and warfronts but the technology will be used to create other content that will hopefully work out better.

Now if only it would drive them away from the forums so we didn't have to listen to their endless whining.

More to do than I can remember there being in any other expansion. Love them or hate them, there's no denying that there is a ridiculous amount of activities available in BfA.

There are a lot of things. The zones, the music, the dungeons. I also liked the character writing of Jaina, Anduin, Saurfang, Talanji and Bwonsamdi.

But if I had to chose one best thing, I'd say Warbringers - Jaina. I love that song and the video.

(I actually think that BfA had many good aspects, but the core gameplay with systems on top of systems and more systems was for me the worst part. Even though I like the essences.)

World building remains fantastic, although I don't think it's better than Legion. I really enjoyed Boralus city, but Zuldazar more than made up for that.

I enjoyed Ryuk Bwomsandi. The raids are okay. Balancing in BoD was pretty good. EP/Nya'lotha not so much. Corrupted gear is interesting and better than TFing. M+ is still fun for a casual shitlord like me.

It made the mmo-c pepega squad foam at the mouth better than any other expansion

The allied races are pretty cool I guess. Worgen update was a definite improvement. Hopefully gameplay will get better in shadowlands so I can enjoy them. Expansion is still a 3/10 though. Leveling zones are probably the worst since vanilla, really uninteresting. Idk why they're being praised, but at least some people like them I guess.

It made me try other MMORPG's more than any other expansion.
