8.3 PvP Balance changes 02.03.2020

PvP arena enviroment scaling has been enabled reducing the power of players with a far too great strength to match a 460 item level character.
Items Remote Guidance Device PvP arena enviroment damage damage has been reduced by 25%.
Items Writhing Segment of Drest'agath PvP arena enviroment damage damage has been reduced by 35%.
Corrupted Items Mind flays damage has been reduced in PvP enviroment by 35% and its proc rate has be reduced to aproximatle activate once per minute.
Fire Mage PvP arena enviroment damage has been reduced by 5%.
Assasination Rogue PvP arena enviroment damage has been reduced by 7%.
Holy Priest PvP arena enviroment healing power has been reduced by 15%.
Shaman PvP arena enviroment damage has been increased by 4%.
