[Classic] - Horde Orc Fury Warrior DW or 2H ?

Hey all,
my guild is having all Fury Warriors set a weapon specialization. Meaning once you select a specialization, you can only use your DKP on that type of weapon specialization. Right now im using 2H wep with WindFurry spec.

assuming if im full BiS in each phase and have a WF totem, which weapon specialization (DW or 2H) would give the higher Dps ?

roughly how much weaker is the second-best weapon specialization % wise ?

PvP 2h, PvE dw.

No tank would keep aggro with 2h bis wf-powered orc.
You will always be able to get unlucky procs.
At least start from dw and go to 2h at execute time.
