I would also highly recommend wowanalyzer when you're learning a new spec and might be missing subtle details.
This site is by no means perfect, but I've found it to be a helpful yard stick when you don't have access to one of your peers for some one on one coaching.
(Which I would also suggest, finding a good player of your spec to help teach you the ropes.)
Using the right Azerite, Essences. corruption and Talents are only half of your journey to more dps, the bigger factor is you as a player.

i have one question im not good at simcraft understanding how to sim my character would u mind simming kinettik on hyjal as demonology the spec im currently in and let me know ur opinion on the enchants i see some stacking haste i also still need better azerite traits ...3 explosive potential and three baleful traits im curious how it will raise my damage as demo

You should learn how to sim yourself. Such a request is ridiculous. It is very simple to sim your character. Download simcraft addon, press /simc in game, copy the text, go to raidbots.com, paste the text in top gear, and compare your gear with other stuff (other pieces in your bags, different gems/enchants). If you can't do as little as to sim yourself, and aren't willing to learn, or to use the websites mentioned above, then you should stop dreaming about optimising Destruction, or any spec in the game.

I know it sounds cold, but if you want to be a good player, you cannot live forever off leeching other ppl's time and ability. There is a difference between asking for a question, and wanting others to optimise the whole thing for you.
