Made it tonight using a four egg, bbcgoodfood.com recipe. Served with mashed potato, fried onions, baked broccoli (coated in harissa and olive oil) & gravy.

    Nom, nom, nom.

[Insert obscure 80s/90s tv reference] If I were a food dish, Cilla, I'd be a toad-in-the-hole because I always rise to the occasion and my sausage is always perfectly browned.

I tried salted cod once in some Portugese dish but it went horribly wrong. I think I didn't rehydrate it properly.
looks like a bunch of people pooped in the casserole.

With COVID-19 making its impact on our lives, I have decided that I shall hang in there for my remaining days, skip some meals, try to get children to experiment with making henna patterns on their skin, and plant some trees. You know -- live, fast, dye young, and leave a pretty copse. I feel like I may not have that quite right.

I live in California so the obvious answer is Mexican food.

As for my birthplace of Hong Kong, it would be HK tea cafes and dim sum places.

I haven't been to the city since February so I haven't had a good bagel or a pizza in too fucking long.

Texture of food doesn't bother me too much. How doesn't it taste? I imagine a bit of sweetness and savoriness?

Macaroni casserole. The most basic of basic Finnish dishes, I make it myself more or less weekly.
Now you see it. Now you don't.

We don't have it in our waters, most of the cod we consume comes from Norway or Iceland. The best quality is the one from Norway.

Our most significant local dish is Cincinnati Chili, so I guess that.
