But then they clearly changed their mind on the direction of the zone and decided to have that storyline wrap up with Jaina punking him in their first meeting and everything being hunky dory afterwards.
Problem is, as someone mentioned above, that setting it in a haunted house like they did means there is limited space. Can you imagine the Witch Sisters fight with 30 people? They are far better off doing an undead castle raid, similar to Karazhan, which would have lots more space

I would like this, but I would want the raid to have a random chance to pop up a jumpscare on your screen. Blood curdling scream and all.

I'd pay good money to hear my raid leader scream when trying to call raids.

This is a completely personal thought, but it was a good dungeon full of undead things and it would have been amazing to see more of this. Agree?
Like everything else in BFA - it was half-assed.

You know this can be said about literally anything...?

Me like haunted mansion...me want haunted mansion raid

    Well...me like pirates...me want a pirate raid...freehold was a waste.

Repeat for any content you like.
You like turtles? Tortollan were a waste. Where is the tortollan raid?

it quite literally would not have worked as a raid. a haunted castle, yeah that would. but a haunted house like that with limited room, no freaking way

The greatest missed opportunity is that they didn’t have dancing ghosts in the ballroom.

Come on, blizzard. Haunted house... with a ballroom... but no dancing ghosts?

Going to try to figure out time to raid next expansion with my guild for the reason that the first raid is a haunted castle setting. Always loved that motif.

So true ... also in Legion, the Black Rook Hold art and theme could have been easily made into a raid either by expanding the dungeon or just having another instance with the same theme. A lot of wasted art and lore ... too busy with Island expeditions I guess. Meh, even warfronts could have been made into proper raids that are "themed" as a siege (kinda like Ulduar). Youn defeat a boss, unlock a building and gain some buff you can use for other bosses. So much potential wasted.

It's even more awesome if you use the inky black potion from the Darkmoon Faire

It's a nice dungeon. Especially now with Awakened.

    Confusing place, don’t like it.
