This Week in World of Warcraft

    Legion Instances Legacy Loot

We’re reached that point in an expansion where the content from the previous expansion no longer requires a full group, and the rewards are primarily sought by transmog collectors. With this change, Legion raid and dungeon encounters will drop a fixed quantity of class-agnostic loot. Today, if you and one other player enter Emerald Nightmare on Mythic difficulty and kill Nythendra, it’s unlikely that you’ll receive any loot, since drop rates normally scale to the number of players. After this change, Nythendra will always drop 5 items from her loot table, regardless of your group size.

Dungeons and many of the lower-difficulty raid bosses in Legion are already soloable by well-equipped Battle for Azeroth characters, though some bosses, especially on Mythic difficulty, may still require you to bring a few friends. Nonetheless, this should amount to a great increase in the availability of Legion transmog gear.

    See you there!

Last week I cleared Tombs of Sarg(Heroic), this week I can't seem to get Gor down below 20% before dying. Not sure if something changed with the legacy loot or not. But I can't seem to clear it anymore.

    Yeah! More dolly dress up.

It took me three expansions to see it, but this game is simply a digital collection simulation. Hoping I can break the habit. It is cheap, but such a waste of time.

Being alive is a blessing, dude. You can grow in mind, body, and spirit. Achieve, create relationships, bask in creation, and truly live life as a free human...yet you want to just hangout and play video games. That is the actual waste my friend.

... you say hanging out in a video game forum. Shouldn't you stop wasting your time here and grow your mind body and spirit?

I can only go off of what you say. If you want to sit down and chat person to person we can so I can know how you are. Otherwise every reply we muster to form on the internet is an assumption of each other only based off a the couple sentence replies we make.

I'm not 100% this is how it works, but I think it's something like this:

Heroic is flex, which scales from 10 to 30 players. When you entered solo last week, it scaled the bosses to 10 players. Due to legacy loot, you always get the loot as if you have max size raid, but it scales the bosses to that number as well. Again, not sure, but I think that's how it works.
