    If you mean the signing of the Peace Accord in the Alliance embassy, then the answer is yes, it is. But you have to kill N'zoth to get it.

    The treaty thing requires that you kill N'zoth, where as the Darkshore epilogue is - as far as I know - only available for Alliance on the US servers.

    It's an armistice, meaning no peace treaty. So blizz can start another absolutely meaningless faction war anytime they want.

    Speaaaking of that yeah.... I killed N'zoth, completed all War Campaign and Heart of Azeroth questlines and still no Darkshore epilogue stuff ?! (Alliance)
