Gpu drops to 0 load

Hey guys, so as the tittle sugests I am having some trouble on my new build. I've only tried Final Fantasy XV and Borderlands 3 but in each game I get random fps drops to 0, and the gpu drops down to 0 as well. I'll add all the infoI have... If someone has an idea about what could be going on that would be great.

Cpu keeps a steady 65 / 70 % during the run.

you can see the core memory stays at max but the gpu load drops to 0 ( the log was made during a small fight in FFXV)

This is really anoying cause it causes stuttering during game play. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Could be anything starting from a driver issue to GPU hitting PCIe power limit (Polaris GPUs are known for that), to some kind of hardware problem. I would make sure that you dont have any power saving settings enabled.
