Except I'm pretty sure it's been slowly happening in Texas before Trump came along. He just accelerated it.

A 30 point split in a state that's only gotten more progressive over the past 4 years? This is the exact kind of top-quality political analysis that I expect from team Trump, and I imagine is probably the kind of ego-boosting numbers Trump's campaign is briefing him on.

If by NPA year you mean bailing out the Dems then sure.

After a month of being a registered Democrat, I'm ready to go back to NPA. My inbox and text messages were a helluva a lot less annoying when I wasn't getting blasted by fundraising emails and text banking texts about propositions.

That's a huge swing from 2016. NPA was 47 Trump / 43 Clinton in FL.

As well, Texas has been pretty purple for a while now, what with all the CAs flooding their borders
There's nothing delusional about it. There are long term trends in play relating to the overall red/blue bias of particular states.

For example Ohio is slowly turning red as is Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania is very very slowly turning red, but Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona are fairly rapidly turning blue.

And it wasn't that long ago that Colorado and Virginia were seen as true swing states, but are now pretty much in the true blue column.

Unfortunately for you conservatives continuing changes in the make up and distribution of the population (more educated, less religious, less white, more urban, less rural, etc, etc) mean that there's more states turning blue than red and that they are doing so at a far faster rate.

The Republican party is gradually turning itself into a regional second tier party that will be utterly incapable of winning presidential elections.

We aren't there yet but another decade will do it.

Are you honestly surprised? His campaign is out of cash. Kinda happens when your first campaign manager might have skipped out with about $140 million.

Was just watching PBS news, they were interviewing Erin Perrine who's the press communications director for the Trump Campaign. She was saying that Trump is gonna win by more than 100k in Wisconsin due to their ground game. When asked about AZ, she didn't answer and said they were gonna win Wisconsin by more than 100k due to their ground game. So yeah, they're more confident they can win WI than AZ.

Um, Not to mention how absurd trump winning by over 100k votes sounds in WI, AZ has more EC votes then WI....

I'm been an NPA all my life. I get text and calls every afternoon. My block list is full and a lot of people marked as spam. I also got 2 letters in the mail that were obviously phishing schemes.

Those PA and FL polls are the standouts for me. If either are correct, then it's over for Trump

Yeah so glad I don't have to register for a party here. I never get junk. I do get it from people I've donated to, but I mean, that's expected.
