No, usually the opposite. Blue counties are bigger and thus take longer to count. The popular vote in 2016 wasn't calculated for like a month after the election as they counted all the postal/absentee votes. If Trump wins another 4 years, I honestly would support them cutting us off and no longer dealing with us as we will have proven to be an unreliable ally who can no longer be trusted to keep our word or our agreements and make sure it is known that the Republican's are the cause of it and watching it hit.
