I do think Trump is right about this going to the court either way. I won't be surprised seeing this election decided in Supreme Court.
He's a bigoted religious fundamentalist that already had a fucked up response to a healthcare crisis (HIV issue in Indiana) on his belt before Trump made him the lead of his own fucked up response to Covid. The only decent thing about him (and likely the entire GOP) is his rabbit.

So, Trump is so scared of losing to a point of trying to steal the election BEFORE the votes are counted.

Yep, fascism vs. democracy is the real issue with this election.

The Trump nightmare run will be over by the end of this week but of course, mister narcissist will take this to the courts and try to fan the flames to cite a civil war.

Realistically, can he even do that? Can he get the voting to be stopped immediately, or even thrown out? That is bs that he even tries it.

highly unlikely, the courts have shown over & over recently that they defer to the states standard practices.

What I hear is a clear no, but it's real dangerous as far as rethoric towards the public goes.

How can you decide an election in court? The votes are what they are.

First of all Donald Trump would never do something like that he is a paragon in the community and a role model that everyone should live up to. Also, no, he cannot do that.

I think people are saying this with how Al Gore lost and Bush won due to the court and his brother giving him the vote he needed

Realistically - he can if he threads all the needles successfully - steal the election legally.

It relies on one state with republican governor/senate/house which is in question to be taken to court, then lots of stuff happens and then the house gets to vote for president using state block system == Trump wins.

He has been putting hundreds of his judges into the judicial system for 4 years - this isn't a sudden move.

Challenge Mode : Play WoW like my disability has me play:
You will need two people, Brian MUST use the mouse for movement/looking and John MUST use the keyboard for casting, attacking, healing etc.
Briand and John share the same goal, same intentions - but they can't talk to each other, however they can react to each other's in game activities.
Now see how far Brian and John get in WoW.

    "Can Trump do this?"

Talking head on CNN/MSNBC/etc: "He can't do that it's unconstitutional"

    Trump: *does it anyway*

    Talking head: "Ah well, nevertheless"

How do you guys at all still think if he can't do something he won't be able to? He's literally been doing this for FOUR YEARS NOW. Nobody is going to stop him or hold him accountable for doing it, we already know this.
