Cuban voters in Florida have always been solidly Republican and were never going to vote Democratic. The attack on Bernie during the primary about losing the Cuban vote/losing Florida because of his comments on Castro was a completely baseless attack to try to get people to think that voting for Biden would mean Democrats might win Florida with the Cuban vote. It was completely baseless Biden propaganda to ever think Cubans in Florida were gonna vote for him or Bernie. Latino voters in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, etc overwhelmingly supported Bernie though and Biden has underperformed with them in the general while Trump has made gains with them.

Biden underperformed Hillary 55% to 64% in Miami-Dade, the biggest county in Florida and a massive Dem stronghold. Ironically, he overperformed where she tanked, like Tampa and Orlando.

Obviously no one is studied it in-depth yet, but a lot of that loss in Miami-Dade according to exit polls seems to come from Latinos, specifically Cuban-Americans and Venezuelan Americans, both big communities in Miami.

They could potentially have the ballots invalidated depending how much state law protects those ballots. Example (and I don't know if this is the case or not) if PA said normally says only the elderly can absentee ballots but then allowed everyone to cast absentee ballots because of COVID without going to through all the proper legal channels. Then conservative SCOTUS can and will say those ballots are invalid because they violated state election laws.

I don't believe the above is the case but just a hypothetical scenario.
