I don't think so. What was stopped in 2000 with the help of that ratfucker Kavanaugh, was the RECOUNT in Florida. And SCOTUS stopped that, but I don't think SCOTUS can stop the first count of the election.

Even that fat fuck Chris Christie is saying he can't stop the counts of the democratic process.

that was a very specific situation which would be difficult to replicate in a bunch of other states with different laws & procedures.

How do you guys at all still think if he can't do something he won't be able to? He's literally been doing this for FOUR YEARS NOW. Nobody is going to stop him or hold him accountable for doing it, we already know this.
Politicans and the bankers will take his shit but the people have showed since May that they're tired of the bullshit going on. While the other half is showing that they in cult-type-worship of Trump. The "Trump effect" will echo throughout American history on both sides.

No, and I don't think that's even what he's trying to actually do.

He doesn't need to do that. All he needs to do is convince his cult that he is the legitimate president, even if he is not.

Worth a read if you're legitimately confused.

Arrest them. That's what the courts should do.

I'm being facetious. Tired of saying what a stupid country.

Just the same way 2000 election results in specific state which were decided by Supreme Court.

I am sure that if the margins will be razor sharp, this will go to the Supreme Court challenged by either party that would feel they got the case.

Challenge Mode : Play WoW like my disability has me play:
You will need two people, Brian MUST use the mouse for movement/looking and John MUST use the keyboard for casting, attacking, healing etc.
Briand and John share the same goal, same intentions - but they can't talk to each other, however they can react to each other's in game activities.
Now see how far Brian and John get in WoW.

Yeah people already tried that and the police, that overwhelmingly supports Trump and protect the banker's capital, shot tear gas at the people and beat the shit out of them. Meanwhile liberals were at home eating brunch.

If you're a liberal and you've spent this thread arguing with me, and you're not willing to get out into the streets when Trump uses the Supreme Court to steal the election (and not just to walk around yelling "peaceful protest"), then you need to just sit down and shut the fuck up, because you were never really willing to fight fascism.

Because here it is, right now, at your doorstep. Either put up or shut up.

The biggest loss tonight was Mitch Mcconnel being reelected even if he had a large chance

It was completely baseless Biden propaganda to ever think Cubans in Florida were gonna vote for him or Bernie. Latino voters in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, etc overwhelmingly supported Bernie though and Biden has underperformed with them in the general while Trump has made gains with them.
Biden underperformed Hillary 55% to 64% in Miami-Dade, the biggest county in Florida and a massive Dem stronghold. Ironically, he overperformed where she tanked, like Tampa and Orlando.

Obviously no one is studied it in-depth yet, but a lot of that loss in Miami-Dade according to exit polls seems to come from Latinos, specifically Cuban-Americans and Venezuelan Americans, both big communities in Miami.

Not hard for him. Just say something and they wont even fact check it. They'll just go with it. He could say the sky is pink and they would be like, yep, thats pink alright.

They could potentially have the ballots invalidated depending how much state law protects those ballots. Example (and I don't know if this is the case or not) if PA said normally says only the elderly can absentee ballots but then allowed everyone to cast absentee ballots because of COVID without going to through all the proper legal channels. Then conservative SCOTUS can and will say those ballots are invalid because they violated state election laws.

I don't believe the above is the case but just a hypothetical scenario.

    Yea right.

Just look at how many people have popped into these threads and tried to claim Biden has dementia because he called someone named George "George".
