This time is the other way around if Trump losses.

Right now, it is looking like Biden is going to win. However, I will not be surprised if it ends up in the courts. Still may not make any difference however. It is not going to be easy for the Trump team to prove any cheating.

If Biden wins, I will be disappointed of course, but not surprised. But I will recognize him as our President, while at the same time, disagreeing with his policies. And I should be referring to him as our President if he does win come Jan.19, 2021.

I sorta understand the EC principle. Preventing that the big states control everything with smaller states have no say.
However the winner takes all is ridiculous. Why dont they spread the votes per state to the percentage of votes for the candidate?

I didn't see the part about NY when I quoted it but addressed it later - they will absolutely investigate, but they will not send him to prison. Only an FBI investigation into all his wrongdoing during his presidency would do that, and Biden doesn't have the support to allow that to happen is my point.

What makes you think the NYS investigation is about his wrong doing as president? Tax evasion and bank fraud aren't actions taken as president (likely NYS charges). Once again, support from the legislature has little to do with investigatory decisions made by the FBI or prosecutorial decisions made by the DOJ.

Oh, for sure. Regardless, this election is demonstration that America is culturally and institutionally broken. Possibly beyond repair. That a man so objectively corrupt and petty and puerile as Trump could not just win the 2016 election, but totally ruin everything including botching a pandemic response leading directly to tens of thousands of unnecessary American deaths and still nearly win re-election, that's a problem, and the problem is not Trump. There were some massive disinformation campaigns this year (larger than we've ever seen in any years) in those communities. Florida was hit especially bad.
This combined with the latino demographic having a lot of single-issues that align with the GOP (religion, abortion rights, etc.) I'm not surprised.

Don't get me wrong I'm not trying to make up excuses, but it's honestly not surprising Biden would underperform a little with specific communities.

Side note, only 12 US states currently have cannabis as fully illegal. The rest it’s either legal in some capacity or, in a couple, decriminalized at the very least. Congress needs to act on this shit if Biden wins.

New Jersey just voted to legalize during this election. And it looks like the Yays have it!

I don't think their investigation has anything to do with that and never said I do. Tax evasion for someone like Trump will be big news and small punishment.
