As I posted earlier;
Yeah...this is...so far, closer than I thought it'd be.
We can point out several single issues...but the biggest problem is the condescension. While it's always been there, it has never been so obvious as it has this election.
Biden has addressed this by appealing to those voters that many here have, and still do, see as "stupid." They aren't. And neither was the Biden campaign.
I believe Biden will get the win eventually. But those on the screeching AOC Left won't be happy. At least Trump gave them a target.
Too many didn't vote in favor of Biden.
They voted against Trump.
Sound a lot like 2016. Fortunately, that was a lesson learned against presumption.

Tbh it should be the opposite I'd think, at least on probability.
Trump voters come out for Trump, not for status quo republicans and Trump won't be on ticket in the mid terms.
Plus Dems are winning educated voters while repubs are winning uneducated ones, and educated voters are known to have a significantly more consistent turnout pattern. Witness the shit between 2016>2018>2020. 2022 is more likely to be like 2018 than 2020.

PA is going to Biden. AZ is going to Biden. NV is going to Biden.
Trust me. This is how it will play out
Georgia is a tossup and we might not flip it, but it will be very close.

On MMO-C we learn that Anti-Fascism is locking arms with corporations, the State Department and agreeing with the CIA, But opposing the CIA and corporate America, and thinking Jews have a right to buy land and can expect tenants to pay rent THAT is ultra-Fash Nazism. Bellingcat is an MI6/CIA cut out. Clyburn Truther.
This. The sad thing is, if all the polling even remotely relates to any tendency in the population at all, it is clear that before covid, Trumps chances to win would have been even higher. It's scary to think people have absolutely not grasped the perpetual shit show that was the politcal landscape in the last 4 years. Other countries have to supress the media and run gulags and other internment camps to hide the leader's incompetency, in the US it doesn't even seem to matter for half the population.
As you said: It's genuinely terrifying.
You are welcome, Metzen. I hope you won't fuck up my underground expansion idea.
And we're already starting with the enlightened Democrat centrist bullshit.
Win or lose, centrism failed horribly. This shouldn't have been a fucking a toss up (it still is) this was supposed to be a centrist slam dunk.
Even if Biden wins, which I really hope he will, this was waaaaay too close for comfort.

I still have heavy doubts on PA. It isn't that Biden can't win it, it is just that it is likely to be so incredibly close that nobody can confidentially predict which side the coin falls on. I also think it is entirely likely that people are overestimating the percentage of the outstanding votes that went for Biden.
Fortunately, it doesn't look like PA is going to matter. Hopefully at least. Georgia might wind up a coin toss, but hopefully it doesn't matter either.
I'm not surprised at the race being this close. I called it months ago. This country is racist, xenophobic, and prejudice against many things, including women also. Trump was the greenlight for the moles to come out of their hole and expose their true colors. And with the handling of COVID, the riots/protests, the kids in cages, the women's marches, and all the rhetoric and conspiracies coming from Trump, you really think you're shocked? Or are you just disappointed? I think it's the second.
Oh and if you think people of color can't be racist or the other things i've said towards others or their own kind? Guess again.
Kamala is going to be the first female US president and her being of color is going to incite hell, so get ready for it.

Centrist Democrats learned absolutely NOTHING from this election
Centrist Democrats lost their elections, progressive and DSA backed Democrats won their elections, and progressive policies won. And centrist Democrats turn around and go "we need to move further to the right, that's the problem". Kick these incompetent fucks out and replace them with progressive leadership immediately.Pelosi has become an early target for moderates representing suburban districts worried that their leadership's strategy hurt such members ahead of the election.
One of the two lawmakers who spoke to The Hill said a number of Democrats representing suburban and exurban districts had been talking about the need for a change.
“It’s time for Democrats to elevate a new generation of leadership in both the House and the Senate,” the lawmaker said. “Americans are clearly afraid of ‘socialism,’ want safe streets and neighborhoods, and to vote for people who they believe will help put more money in their pockets. While Democratic policies can adequately address those issues, our messaging mechanism clearly cannot.”

https://twitter.com/Beckz0rzz/status...4663079426867272% want a "government-run healthcare plan"
Florida voted for a $15 minimum wage
SD, AZ & NJ voted to legalize weed
CO voted for 12 weeks of paid family & medical leave
It turns out a progressive agenda is what the American people want. But yeah, blame "socialism." Pathetic
DSA has won 19/22 of our nationally endorsed races so far
wHAT should scare you guys is that you should realize that Trump can rerun again when he loses later today or tomorrow.
