I’m voting Biden, because I believe if Trump wins, he will revoke the Violence Against Women act, to spite Biden... since he wrote it and Trump did that to just about everything Obama did. Explain to me why Trump, would not fuck over assaulted women, by revoking Biden’s legislation, revoking which, would also benefit Trump with his 47 accusers.

So if you google the US definition this one comes up
“The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.”
I looked up other definitions, they were basically identical. Penetration with a digit is rape.
I am talking about every single other accusation. If you don’t elect Biden and Trump wins, what happens here:

Any comment on what happens to Biden’s violence against women act, if Trump wins? Do you think it will get funding? Do you think Biden will fund a bill he wrote? As a result of the United States federal government shutdown of 2018–2019, the Violence Against Women Act expired on December 21, 2018. It was temporarily reinstated via a short-term spending bill on January 25, 2019, but expired again on February 15, 2019. The House of Representatives passed a bill reauthorizing VAWA in April 2019 that includes new provisions protecting transgender victims and banning individuals convicted of domestic abuse from purchasing firearms.[5] In an attempt to reach a bipartisan agreement, Senators Joni Ernst (R-IA) and Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) led months of negotiation talks that came to a halt in November 2019. Senator Joni Ernst has said she plans to introduce a new version of the bill and hopes it will pass in the U.S. Senate

Better question, why does he want the violence against women act to not be funded. I know what Trump gains from it...

You know what’s funny... this is what Biden wrote in 1994:
What a moron... he created the very bill, under which Reade and other women, gained funding for persecuting sexual assault. What an idiot.......The Act provided $1.6 billion toward investigation and prosecution of violent crimes against women, imposed automatic and mandatory restitution on those convicted, and allowed civil redress in cases prosecutors chose to leave un-prosecuted. The Act also established the Office on Violence Against Women within the Department of Justice.

Really? The fact that it wasn’t in his budget and his senate republicans blocked it? A bill that grants the 47 Trump accusers 1.6 billion towards investigating his assaults. A bill... that... wait for it... Biden wrote...
FYI, it’s been defunded for around a year already. Might be a hint that Trump won’t fund it...

Wow it is almost as if she felt intimidated by the enormous power Biden had and the potential character assassination that would occur if she went public....can't imagine why. It is not as if people who'd never met her would smear her character and claim she was an attention-seeking publicist.
Side question... why is there so little news about the violence against women act, being defunded by republicans last years? Seems like big news and stuff...

Ummm.it was your claim in your answer. So, I guess that's you admitting you don't have evidence for it. Very well, I'll accept your retraction.
