Biden can still win by holding onto AZ (likely) and winning NV (Mostly likely). The final EC count will just be tighter than if Biden wins one - or both - of those other two states.

Biden doesn't outright need either to get to 270 so long as NV stays on it's current track, it just makes it harder for Trump to contest the election in court afterwards with a slightly more decisive result, which is why it would be nice for Biden to get one or both.
