Most democracies ensure votes are held on sundays to facilitate participations. And you get extra holidays if somehow you are working on sundays. And in mail voting is allowed for anyone who signs up for it. We also all use universal direct suffrage. Grow up and move on.

Ditto on Sundays elections. Over here we massively use mail-in voting 4 times a year, but a big difference is that it has to arrive in time for Sunday. And a lot of democracies simply don't elect their executive branch also...

I think he will get it. Hes been closing a seriously huge gap. He will win GA and I think PA as well as NV in my opinion. There will be recounts, but I basically think hes won by this point.

AFAIk, PA looks way safer for Biden than GA. But they're counting at a snails pace.

In France we have presidential and parliametary elections at the same time, as well as mid terms. The president appoints the government and is expected to dissolve it if he/she gets slapped midterm.

That’s what I think people are missing, it’s not an indictment of socialism, but branding. Leftists need to figure out why republicans don’t think “get government out of my Medicare” is socialism. it's closer to 350k now. Biden's got it in the bag. He'll sweep all 4 GA/PA/AZ/NV states by the end of it.

I doubt he will get all 4, but the interesting bit if he does is that he would then win with exactly the same vote tally Trump won with in 2016: 306 to 232. While having an enormous popular vote lead. I don't know if it would get much more perfect than that.
