ahh not sure about the provisional. I think they skew biden but I could be wrong though. As far as possible recount or lawsuits, neither are gonna change the vote totals. the provisionals might, but not trump. It'll just be noise.

georgia has one of the larger cities in the south (cities tend to be blue) as well as a large african american population.

Yeah the truth is a lot of these states are turning blue because they're becoming more urban and/or less rural.

If you think about it, the Republicans' key demographics are old, white, rural people. All declining demographics. And not just because of Coronavirus...

This has literally never happened. There has never been more ballots than registered voters. We're lucky to crack 60% participation in our elections.

The number of registered voters is always significantly more than the number of ballots.

There is a registry yes. Though it's not public. There will be fraud. there is always fraud. but we're talking maybe at most a few hundred or a few thousand cases across the entire country. not at the scale it'll tip the presidential race.

This isn't the first time there was accusations of fraud. there was a conspiracy Mayor Daley in Chicago used massive fraud to give illinois to JFK to get him the white house. but that's all it was, a conspiracy, and JFK became president. vote early and vote often is not a thing almost anyone does.
