The votes had to be postmarked by Nov 3rd, period. The number of ballots that have come in after then are very few, regardless. Not enough to make a difference.

Those "outstanding contested ballots" that the supreme court ordered PA to hold on to "just in case we decide to invalidate them" were not factored into the number that gave Biden the edge in votes.

If they stop counting those ballots now and toss them out, Trump absolutely lost Pennsylvania. I think they're the only votes remaining to be counted, and they'd have to swing something like 60+% in favor of Trump (which mail-in ballots have not done in Pennsylvania thus far) to tie the race back up.

Those are all segregated and to my knowledge not added into any of the active counts. Those won't get added until/unless the court case gets finished.

The supreme court saying "yeah, go ahead and count them" does very much imply that they don't see much evidence (or interest) in any sort of "voter fraud" that Trump might try and contest. Which is bad news for his attempts to overturn the election, and good news for... you know... America... democracy... those things.

Had to check what "hanging chads" meant and ended up reading quite a bit about the whole Bush vs Gore presidential election in Florida... I had no idea that the Supreme Court intervention basically decided the final result of that election which is absolutely disgusting. At least this time I don't think anything like that can stop Biden from winning.
