Sadly this is the time to be even more worried he still has presidential powers until January which is pretty scary since he will be very desperate. We can only hope that everyone in the chain of command ignores his orders because he is capable of anything.

Yep. Its akin to when third world dictators lose their grip on power. They get really really desperate and will do anything to retain their position in order to shield themselves from retribution. In this case that retribution will come via courts and legal systems but the same overall trend applies.
